Wanda Rowe is the Owner of Master Development Solutions and functions as the Chief Financial Officer. Wanda works closely with all clients, managing the Open Book system. Wanda personally handles all project bank accounts, insurance certificates, and lien waiver processing. Wanda also ensures the MDS financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulations.
Alex Rowe
Chief Executive Officer - CEO
Alex Rowe is the Chief Executive Officer of Master Development Solutions. Alex has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Christopher Newport University. Alex has worked in the family business for more than ten years, managing ground-up construction of neighborhoods and more than 200 homes, clubhouses & amenities. Alex is a fantastic leader and utilizes his skills in project management to the highest level. Most importantly, Alex also firmly embraces and implements the "customer is family" mentality and lives and breaths the MDS business.
Brian Rowe
Founder
Brian Rowe founded Master Development Solutions (MDS) with his wife, Wanda. MDS is a Virginia Certified Woman-Owned Business. Brian is a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads and has held his Virginia Class-A Builders license for more than 35 years. Brian has built over 2,000 homes and multiple commercial projects in Virginia. Brian's approach to custom home construction, utilizing the Open Book System, has been embraced in the marketplace by sophisticated buyers who understand business and want to be treated fairly. Brian's philosophy has always been to treat every client just like family, and the MDS team has embraced this philosophy as they continue to advance the business.
