DESIGN

We begin the process with an initial design meeting. We meet with each of our clients to learn about their desired lifestyle and discover the features that are important to them. From here, we are able to customize a floor plan that is tailored to meet every need our client may have.

PRECONSTRUCTION

Once we have designed the ideal home for our client, they meet with our onsite design professional to make selections for all the interior and exterior colors and finishes. We also review the final site plan and floor plan as we prepare to break ground and begin construction.

CONSTRUCTION

After final decisions are made on plans and materials, the construction process begins. At this stage, all the planning and preparation starts to become a reality. We regularly update our clients during this phase and have several onsite meetings to keep them informed of the progress.

CLOSING

The relationship with us continues long after our clients close on their new home. We are always available for any questions or needs they may have and we offer a 24 hour customer care hotline for any warranty matters that need to be addressed.
